 STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

 Step 1: Consultation, Eligibility Review & Application Preparation

We begin with a personal consultation to understand your academic profile and goals.

  • Identify best-fit universities
  • Determine eligibility for exclusive partner-school scholarships
  • Prepare and submit university applications

Important Announcement

Deposit to Begin: $500 application and scholarship placement deposit

This deposit covers application preparation, partner school placement, and scholarship eligibility review. It is credited toward your final success fee once a scholarship is awarded.

Step 2: English Proficiency Testing (TOEFL or IELTS)


Most U.S. universities require proof of English proficiency.


We assist with:

  • Test registration guidance
  • Preparation resources
  • Score reporting to universities

Typical cost: $200–$250 (paid directly to testing provider)

 Step 3: Admission Offers & Exclusive Scholarship Placement

What happens:

  • Universities issue admission decisions
  • Prestige Scholar partner schools provide pre-negotiated exclusive scholarship packages
  • Where possible, we negotiate improved offers
  • We compare all offers and help you select the best option

Step 4: Scholarship Success Fee 

Scholarship Success Fee — Only Paid If You Win

Key points:

  • Prestige Scholar is paid only when a scholarship is secured
  • Fee: 10% of the total awarded scholarship value over four years
  • The $500 deposit is credited toward this fee

No scholarship means no success fee.

Example Scholarship

  • $10,000 per year
  • Total four-year scholarship: $40,000

Prestige Scholar Fee

  • 10% of $40,000 = $4,000
  • Less deposit already paid: $500
  • Remaining balance: $3,500

Step 5: F-1 Student Visa Guidance


After accepting your offer, we guide you through the student visa process.

We assist with:

  • I-20 issuance guidance
  • SEVIS fee payment
  • DS-160 visa application
  • Embassy appointment scheduling
  • Interview preparation

Government fee note (important):

  • SEVIS fee: $350
  • Visa application fee: $185
